Return & Exchange Policy
We put a lot of love and care into every Fitoor piece, especially because many of our creations are handcrafted in small batches.
To keep things simple and fair:
No Returns or Refunds
As our pieces are handcrafted and often made in small batches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Easy Exchange for Genuine Issues
We’re happy to help with an exchange if:
- You receive a manufacturing defect, or
- You receive the wrong product, colour, or size from us.
To request an exchange:
Please Email us at fitoorbyfirdaus@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 96723 06319 at within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order details, photos, and a complete, unedited unboxing video showing the package and product.
Once approved, the product should be sent back within 5 days, unused, unwashed, and with its tags and packaging intact.
Please note: Return shipping and the shipping cost for the exchanged product are borne by the customer.
Since every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or placement are natural and are a part of its handmade character, rather than a defect.
